General Manager - Full Time
This organized, dynamic, team building professional is responsible for managing personnel resources and is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction as well as promoting Functioneer job satisfaction and performance. This individual will coordinate and oversee daily activities directly related to providing customers with products and services. In addition, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, evaluating and improving procedures, directing budget activities, and implementing policies, goals, and objectives. Knowledge of Internet and VOIP services a must.
Administrative / Provisioning Specialist - Part Time (2 Openings)
This detailed oriented, organized professional qualifies, tracks and processes orders for VOIP systems, Internet and Connectivity Connections, Computer Networks, Hardware, Software, and Associated Assemblies. In addition, this individual is responsible for coordinating technical work with our work order process. Familiarity with phone and internet ordering processes a plus.
Network Administrator– Full Time
This knowledgeable professional installs, configures, and supports the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems. In addition, they maintain network hardware and software as well as monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May supervise and support other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
Accounting / Bookkeeper - Part Time
This trustworthy, organized professional is responsible for recording all financial transactions, preparing bank deposits, generating managerial reports, submitting monthly sales & use tax and communication services tax filings, verifying and balancing accounts, as well as tracking of overdue accounts. Knowledge of Quickbooks 2008, Excel and an understanding of Florida's Sales & Use Tax and Communications Services Taxes a must.
Communications Sales Consultant - Part and/or Full Time
This results oriented professional will sell telecommunications and networking services, such as VOIP, Internet Services, Wireless, Digital Media and WANs to potential customers. They will also have the ability to ascertain certain technical communications problems and needs. In addition, they will be able to promote the use of our services utilizing knowledge of marketing conditions, contracts, sales methods as well as communication equipment and services. Work hours are flexible after 90 day Introductory Period.
Trainer- Part Time
This dynamic professional plans, coordinates, and develops programs and activities for training customers on our products and services, instructing personnel on internal processes and guiding staff with development programs. A thorough knowledge of using the internet and VOIP technology a must.
Installation Technician (Entry Level) – Part Time
This dependable professional installs VOIP systems, Connectivity Connections, Computer Networks, Hardware, Software, and Associated Assemblies. Will train right individual.
Support Services Technician - Part Time
This knowledgeable professional qualifies, installs and troubleshoots VOIP systems, Connectivity Connections, Computer Networks, Hardware, Software, and Associated Assemblies. Must willing to travel throughout Florida—mostly Vero Beach through the Florida Keys. Certifications required.
Technical Internship Opportunities
